Guidelines for Report & Certificate Verification
1. For reports and certificates issued after December 1, 2024, you can directly scan the QR code on the first page to verify their authenticity. The query system allows online preview of the complete report.
2. For reports and certificates issued before December 1, 2024, you may send an electronic copy of your report/certificate via email to service@anbotek.com for authenticity verification. We will respond to your inquiry within 12 hours. service@anbotek.com** is our sole official email for report/certificate verification. Please ensure its authenticity.
3. Alternatively, you may call our 24-hour service hotline at 400-003-0500 for report/certificate verification.
Guidelines for Identifying Authentic Reports/Certificates
1. To prevent forgery and tampering of our laboratory reports/certificates, Anbotek has adopted specific encryption technologies for reports and certificates issued after December 1, 2024, including but not limited to electronic signatures, electronic seam seals, and QR code verification.
2. If you receive a report or certificate issued after December 1, 2024, that lacks an electronic signature or seam seal, it should be considered forged. Please verify its authenticity to protect your legal rights.
3. Reports and certificates issued after December 1, 2024, can be verified online via QR code. The system supports report previews. Compare the details (e.g., applicant information, model, parameters, product images) of your report with the online version. Any discrepancies indicate unauthorized tampering.
4. Reports and certificates issued after December 1, 2024, include electronic signatures and seam seals. If opened using Adobe PDF software on a PC, any display of "modified" or "invalid signature" indicates a forged report. Unauthorized tampering will trigger an error message when clicking the seal (see image below). Such reports/certificates are counterfeit.
5. For reports and certificates issued before December 1, 2024, online verification is unavailable. If you have doubts about their authenticity, immediately email service@anbotek.com. We will respond promptly to mitigate commercial risks and losses.
Notice on Forgery, Tampering, or Misuse of Test Reports
1. Legal Risks and Consequences
Forging test reports or seals violates Article 280 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, punishable by up to three years of imprisonment, detention, surveillance, or deprivation of political rights, along with fines.
2. Commercial Risks
As required by regulatory authorities, our laboratory report data is synchronized with the National Market Supervision Bureau and major cross-border e-commerce platforms.
Customs Inspection: Goods may be detained or returned, incurring hefty fines, delivery delays, and reputational damage.
E-commerce Platform Penalties: Major platforms enforce a zero-tolerance policy against fake reports, employing AI to verify authenticity. Violations result in product removal, account freezing, fines, store closures, or blacklisting.
3. Official Statement
Our test reports/certificates are issued by accredited laboratories in strict compliance with regulations. Any forgery, tampering, or misuse is illegal, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
